11. To what extent do you agree or disagree
Society is based on rules and laws. It could not function if individuals were free to do whatever they wanted. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Guidelines and protocols are, the building blocks of our society, responsible for making people work in certain way. A few argue that society will collapse if individuals are allowed to operate without any restrictions. I completely agree with this because regulations create equality among citizenries and these guidelines are made up of experience from people who came before us.
The most important reason why laws should be allowed to exist is because they create a sense of equality amid the residents. Regulations put a blueprint for individuals to follow, and if everyone in the localty follows the same guideline then it reduces the risk of chaos. For example, a recent study conducted by one of the prestigious universities of North America found that the count of road accidents leading to death of person was more less in countries were speed limit is stictly followed compared to their counterparts where drivers are allowed to drive without any speed restrictions.
Furthermore, rules of society are not made up overnight instead they are result of years of experience of our past generations which has been passed on to us. Individuals from these older generations have already faced many difficult scenarios in their lives that has proven to be beneficial for us in the form of these guidelines and laws. For instance, there is a law in some South Asian countries which abids people to make houses near to railway lines because in the past some houses were got demolished because of the vibration caused by Trains.
In conclusion, I fully agree that laws are essential for the proper functioning of the society because they help to create equality among the individuals, and as these regulations are result of years of observations, we should gain the maximum possible benefits of their wisdom by following these laws.

citizenries = citizenry (Citizenries is the plural of citizenry put I believe it should be citizenry here because I used it to show "among people")
localty = locality
stictly = strictly
abids = abids by (I should've used prohibits instead)
