Equal opportunies should be available to all at all point. However, a few countries nowdays build special training centers only for athletes who are already on the top of their league, and not everyone gets access to these facilites. I believe this to be a negative developmnet because building these centers for everyone will improve the harmony and employment level among general public.

There are various positive effects of providing world class facilites not only to the elite class of players. Firstly, if everyone will have equal access to facilites then a state of harmony will remain in the society otherwise people will start to get jealous of each other, and will start using unfair means to get admitted into these world class facilites by using wrong means. Secondly, making sports stadiums for everyone will mean that more more construction which will further help in increasing the employment level of the country. For example, Government of India has introduced a new scheme where every village is required to have a Cricket stadium which has resulted into jobs for countless people as a construction worker.

On the other side, nations who provide these facitilies to only top athletes have their own reasons for it. The most important one being, it increases their chances of getting better results at the world level. Because trainees for these shoping complexes are already best in their fields and with proper guidance they are more likely to win on the international level compared to others. Another reason being saving of time because these players have already proven to be best in their respective sports so there is no point of wasting time by providing world class training to everyone.

In conclusion, because creating sports facilites for everyone has the tendency to improve the harmony in the society and offers more employment hence I believe building these specialised sports complexes for only top athletes should be discouraged.
